vintage c.f. Schwartz & Co "high class " straight razor German Steel shave ready custom horn scales

This is only my third C.F. Schwartz & Company Straight Razor and I can say with confidence....this is my favorite straight razor maker.
These blades seem to hold an edge forever and just need a good stropping.
The worked Spine/etching on this razor is exquisitely done. I am a big fan of the double angle grind at the point. The "high class" on the face is a bit faded but the steel is in excellent shape as you can see. The tang impressions are a 10.
The edge is shave ready. This razor had the old school yellow scales....I'm not a big fan of those so I removed them for another project and I made these REAL buffalo Horn scales. The blade is tight and centered. Also the spacer I chose is solid steel. Not usually something you outside of ancient wade and butchers but I thought it looked good and the build is solid.

A beautiful high end razor in excellent condition.

Honed In progression From 3k through 16k and Stropped On a treated Linen firehose strop and then stropped on Horse Hide leather.
