BEAU BRUMMEL was made by DUBL DUCK. Most of them out there are in rough shape. They were a working man's razor and the dubl ducks tended to be better cared for. It's the same steel but not the same name recognition.
I got a 6 pack from an estate sale in the original retail box with 6 of these razors inside. All appeared to be NOS unused razors. Unfortunately some goofball let water get to them so they were rusty. This was the second best one in the lot. There is some spots but nothing too concerning. Surface rust, patina on the face. Still a good shaver with some character. It could be sanded out but no real reason to. Priced to sell. Original box is included.
Anyways I'm a big fan of BB razors . They were produced via dubl duck which might be my favorite razor maker. I gave this razor some quick laps on a finishing stone and strop and it's shaving.
