Dry your razor thoroughly.

Apply a small amount of lube along the blade—use a rag or your hand.
(Pro tip: Use a microfiber cloth if you're accident-prone.)

If you want to increase the amount of oil that comes out you may need to widen the hole with a pin, pen, hook and pick tool or a coat hanger wire.
